Open weekdays for your dental needs

Our reception is available to help and take your call weekdays from 8.30am on 01473 258557.

We are open from 9:00am to 1:00pm for morning surgery and from 2:00pm to 5:30pm for afternoon surgery. Closed 1:00pm to 2:00pm for lunch.

Emergencies

For emergency treatment or advise please telephone the practice. We always try to see emergencies within 36 hours but please be aware that you may incur additional charges. Emergency appointments are limited and you may be seen by a different dentist.

For an urgent same day appointment, please phone the surgery at 8:30am to check availability.

Out of surgery hours

For emergency advice out of surgery hours, please call 111.

At weekends and public holidays, a private on call rota is available for private and Denplan patients. Please call the surgery for the emergency numbers as they are subject to change on a weekly basis.

There is a private call out fee of £185 for this service, payable by cash or credit/debit card.

Cancellations

We realise that sometimes it is unavoidable and that you may need to cancel your appointment with us.

We ask you to arrive in plenty of time for your appointment.  If you need to cancel an appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance so we can reallocate the time.  Patients who continually fail to attend risk being removed from our patient list.

Cancellation of a Hygienist or Private Dental appointment requires at least 24 hours’ notice in advance as failure to do so will result in a full fee being charged.

New Patients

At Berners Dental Practice we are constantly trying to excel in our care for our patients.

Our NHS patient list is currently full and therefore we are unable at present to accept any new NHS patients.

If you are interested in Private treatment, please contact our receptionist on 01473 258557 or use our contact form below to request more information.
